Another shot taken in Central Park, New York. This time at Bethesda Terrace in the heart of the park. Considering this was New York and it was relatively late in the morning, I was surprised to find the place so deserted.

The Brooklyn bridge is one of New York’s most famous landmarks linking Manhattan island with Brooklyn. I sat for about 2 hours waiting for the sun to disappear behind Manhattan’s striking skyline. This was the result. Ultimately worth the wait.

On 5th Avenue, St Patrick’s Cathedral is across the road from the Rockefeller Center. I took this shot the day New York were swearing in a new Bishop. At least I think that is what was happening.
