Liverpool Waterfront, 2009

Liverpool was the port where people used to set sail for the New World. The waterfront like many UK cities has had a lot of development in recent years but it manages to maintain its charm. Walking amongst the three graces here, you can imagine immigrants boarding steamships for New York. This picture shows the Liver birds on top of the 3 graces.
